Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS for equipment should be made in advance of the use date to insure that equipment is filled and ready for your delivery and/or customer pick-up
A deposit is required for all rentals
RENTAL RATES are based upon a one day use of equipment. Rates for multiple day use are available upon request.
All rentals are to be paid in full before delivery and/or customer pick up
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP FEES vary and will be assessed according to the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION within 72 hours of delivery will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit. Canopies cancellation are subject to an additional fee within 20 days.
EQUIPMENT NOT PICKED UP ON TIME may be subjected to an additional pick-up charge.
LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT will be assessed upon return and inspection.
ACCEPTING DELIVERY please check and count all items when your order is received. If there is no one available to do so at the time of delivery, your contract will be considered accurate and valid.
EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS should be brought to our attention immediately. We will then make every effort to correct the situation.
A CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL ITEMS RETURNED EXCESSIVELY DIRTY
When using our linens if candles are in use we ask that the holder is bigger so that the candle will not drip wax onto the linens. Wax is harmful to the linens and will not come out, which may result in your purchase of the linens.
