Our business hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm Sat
When is the best time to reserve my equipment?
When wanting to reserve equipment we ask that you make your reservation at least 3 weeks in advance of the date of your event especially if you are wanting to reserve a canopy, this is to make sure that we have all the items available for your event. Waiting to put your reservation in may result in not getting all the items needed.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 25% of the amount of the rental. The deposit is needed at the time of making your reservation to make sure that the items will be held for you.
When will my rental be delivered? And how do you calculate the delivery charge?
If the item is going to be delivered we will ask you when the event is and when you would like the items to be delivered. A delivery charge will be added and the amount varies depending on the location that the items are being delivered to. All canopies are to be delivered and put up by our crews.
Do you set up the equipment?
When making your reservation you can ask for a set up and tear down of your event
What should we do with the items before returning?
Before returning the items we ask that you clean the items so they are as clean as when you received them.
Should we wash the linens before returning?
We ask that you do not wash the linen, the only thing we ask of you is please shake off any food or items that are on the linen from your event. Once returned the linens will be looked at for any damages, if damages are present on the linen, then you will be charged for the linen.
Will I be charged an extra day on the days the store is not open?
If the store is not open you will not be charged an extra day.
